Shipping and Delivery Methods

Crown Medical Services ships through UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, USPS and depending on the size of the order, ground freight shipping.

UPS and FedEx Ground are our preferred methods of shipping. Expedited delivery for an additional charge is available upon request.

For oversize items or larger bulk orders, we will try to call ahead and notify you before the product arrives to be sure that you are able to accept the delivery.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking information if you provide a valid email address when you make your purchase.

Understanding Delivery Estimates

Our delivery estimate is our best shipping estimate based on the average order shipping within the continental United States. Although the delivery estimates are accurate for most orders, there are certain factors that can affect the shipping delivery times.

If an order is unable to ship out on the day you place your order or the following business day then we will be sure to notify you of the situation and what your order options are to best get your order to you as quickly as possible. If there are any urgent orders that need to be received immediately, please give us a call. Our customer service team can look into your specific order and help make sure that we get the product to you within your needed time frame.

Shipping Rates

Shipping prices will vary with larger quantity orders. Orders over $100 have free shipping. Please call if you have any questions on shipping.

Most products will arrive within 1 – 2 business days. Larger products, bulk orders and custom products will have specially arranged freight deliveries. We will need to contact you and make arrangements for the delivery. If you need to receive a delivery on or by a certain date, please call our customer service to set up you special delivery.

Purchase Orders

New accounts placing purchase order with the expectation of receiving credit terms will be delayed pending credit approval. In order to expedite the process, first register your account, and contact customer service to proceed with your credit application & account verification. Alternatively, a credit card may be used to expedite the delivery of your initial order.

Return Policy

All products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty against defects. Certain manufacturers require you to contact those manufacturers directly to repair or replace your products under their warranty.

If the manufacturer’s factory seal is intact you may return an unopened product for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the invoice date. The return may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the circumstances. If you would like further information on a return for a specific product please contact our returns department. Authorized returns after the 30 days from the invoice date will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. A minimum 30% restocking fee will be charged if the product has been opened.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) Number. A Return Authorization Number may be requested up to 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days from your invoice date, you are required to contact the manufacturers directly to repair or replace their product.

All products must be received by our Returns Processing Center within 10 days of receiving a Return Authorization Number. Items received after 10 days will be refused.

All RA numbers must appear on the shipping label(s) we provide. All items must be returned with original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, accessories, components, etc. We encourage customers to use a trackable shipping method when returning products.

Replacement product orders will not be shipped until the original item is received and inspected. Once the item has been confirmed defective, the replacement will be shipped. If the defective item is being returned for credit, the credit will not be issued until the item has been inspected and confirmed defective. We can, however, ship new product with a secure payment and issue credit once the returned product has been processed.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.

Certain products, if used, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene issues. Non-Returnable items include: Vaccines, Special Order Products, Hazardous Products and Some Medical Supplies. For these products, no refunds or exchanges can be made at any time due to manufacturer’s return policies. Please call (888) 833-0004 with questions about returns and manufacturer warranties.

PLEASE NOTE: Any deviation from the return policy outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, additional restocking fees, or refusal of your return.
